Do I need an account to place an order?
No - you can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to view your order history and manage details for future purchases.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
We aim to process orders promptly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet shipped, then we should be able to update your delivery address, however we cannot change the delivery country.

Can I use more than one coupon code?
If you have a discount code and a gift voucher you are welcome to use both. However, only one discount code can be used at a time.

Do your lenses offer 100% UV Protection?
Yes, all of our lenses are UV 400, offering 100% protection against UVA and UVB rays. Lens details are included on individual product listings.

Do you offer prescription lenses?
We do not currently offer prescription lenses. All of our lenses can be replaced with prescription lenses by your local optician.

Can I adjust the size of my sunglasses?
Yes, all of our sunglasses have been designed so that they can be easily adjusted to your individual needs. If you find that your acetate frames are too tight or loose, crooked on your face or hurt your ears, your local optometrist will be able to make the necessary adjustments. For metal frames, simply tighten or widen the nose pads. If, over time, the glasses become loose you can tighten the hinge screws with a small screwdriver.
