Returns & Exchange

Returns
At RAIE, we want you to love your purchase. If you don't returning it is simple and stress-free. You may return your item within 60 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, with original packaging intact. Returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

All returns should be sent to our Australian warehouse: Level 1, 2-14 Vine Street, Redfern NSW 2016, Australia.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order using your refunded funds.

Faulty Items
If you have been sent a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible to organise a replacement. We offer a 12 month warranty on all manufacturer faults. Items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or misuse will not be considered faulty. 

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within five business days.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges, along with international duties and tariffs (outside of Australia) are non-refundable.
